Change In A Bag
'Change in a Bag' is a program designed to provide a new or gently used outfit to women and children who are victims of abuse. By placing a complete outfit that is all one size into a gallon sized bag, with a new pair of underwear, and bra if necessary, you can help provide someone with a much needed change of clothing: Change in a Bag.
