Purple Night Events

V-Day

Through V-Day campaigns, local volunteers and college students produce annual benefit performances of The Vagina Monologues to raise awareness and funds for anti-violence groups within their own communities.  In our community, Oglethorpe University hosted V-Day OU, while Performing Arts North and The Man Presents hosted V-Day Johns Creek.  Both supported Stronghold and both were wonderfully successful.     "I've seen the play before, and have always come away impressed, but that night I was mesmerized...These dynamic, fearless, impassioned young women were spectacular: Another 90 minutes of pure joy in a day..." wrote OU president, Larry Schall.  Read more about these V-Day events on our news page or watch the video report of the event.  Then look for the next V-Day in February.  Tickets will be available at the door through each sponsoring organization.

Strong Sounds

Our 3rd Annual Strong Sounds concert is shaping up to be even more amazing than the first two.  Date TBA.
